Morlando Crane is proud to announce the addition of a Liebherr LTM 1230-5.1 to our fleet. Added in December 2025, this 275-ton all-terrain crane represents another major investment in our equipment and our ability to provide customers throughout Raleigh and the Triangle with safe, efficient and dependable lifting solutions.

The LTM 1230-5.1 is an exceptionally powerful and versatile five-axle crane. One of its standout features is its impressive 246-foot telescopic main boom, giving us tremendous reach without requiring additional boom sections for many applications. With available lattice extensions, the crane can achieve a maximum hook height of approximately 364 feet, making it an excellent choice for projects requiring significant height, reach and lifting capacity.

The crane also incorporates some of Liebherr's most advanced technology. VarioBase® Plus allows the crane's lifting capacities to be calculated based on the actual outrigger configuration, providing additional flexibility when working on tight or challenging jobsites. VarioBallast® allows the counterweight radius to be adjusted depending on available space and required capacity, helping the crane deliver strong lifting performance while remaining adaptable to confined working conditions. Features such as ECOmode and ECOdrive further improve operating efficiency while helping reduce fuel consumption and noise.
